Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the Simple Security Awareness platform and all related services.
  • "User" refers to individuals who access or use our Service.
  • "Subscriber" refers to individuals or organizations who purchase subscriptions to our Service.
  • "End User" refers to individuals who receive security awareness training as designated by Subscribers.
  • "Content" refers to all materials, information, and training modules available through our Service.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription and Payments

Subscribers may purchase access to our Service through various subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the billing cycle selected.

Prices for our Service may change upon prior notice. Any changes to pricing will not affect the current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@simple-security-awareness.com.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial purchase
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms and Conditions
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Simple Security Awareness and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for their internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose outside the scope of the subscription
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate our company, employees, or other users
  • To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, or computer systems

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Simple Security Awareness, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
